The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is facilitating the Care Givers Support Group (formerly known as Support Group for Adult Children with Aging Parents, ACAP). This support group is designed to provide opportunities for participants to gain information, understanding, and support from others experiencing similar situations concerning aging parents.
In addition to members sharing information from their own experiences, there will also be occasional informational presentations from local community agencies working with the aging population. Participation in this support group is open to all interested employees.
The group meets once a month on the last Wednesday of the month from 12 - 1 pm. Information on meeting location and agenda will be publicized via ENews and Scarlet.
