Learn about UNL Human Resources practices and policies in one 3 1/2 hour seminar. Taught by five UNL HR managers, participants will learn about hiring, compensation, risk management, workers compensation, employee assistance program management referrals, employee relations practices (including Family Medical Leave and Human Resources policies), employee engagement, employee performance planning and customer/student service approaches.
