This two-part course is a transformative learning opportunity that equips supervisors with the skills to navigate high-stakes conversations effectively. Whether it's addressing sensitive topics, resolving conflicts, or making pivotal decisions, this training provides tools to foster open dialogue, build trust, and achieve desired outcomes. Participants learn to recognize when conversations become crucial, manage emotions, and communicate persuasively without alienating others. Through interactive sessions, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises, attendees gain confidence to handle challenging discussions with poise and clarity.
Participants are required to attend 4 hours of class time (in two 2-hour sessions), plus up to 8 hours of additional online modules. Pre- and post-work will be required for each session.
