The BRIDGE program provides university-wide guidance for faculty and staff searches. The goal is to enhance campus recruitment and hiring strategies that will result in more diverse applicant pools and subsequently to increased hiring of diverse faculty and staff.
Determine if your area/department has a designated HR specialist with access to the PeopleAdmin system. If you do not have an HR specialist to assist you with these tasks, you will need to create an account in the system. For training or assistance, contact hrclasscomp@unl.edu or refer to the reference materials in SAPHHIRE (UNL > Payroll and Human Resources > PeopleAdmin).
