The NU Values Performance Engagement forms evaluate performance toward job expectations and job results.
Performance Engagement (Evaluation) Format
Part 1: Job Responsibilities, Expectations, and Goals
Reflects assigned duties, projects, objectives and/or goals the supervisor and employee have agreed upon.
Performance ratings and evaluations are based on performance against previously agreed upon expectations set at the beginning of the evaluation cycle, be it annual goals or key behaviors.
Part 2: Job Competencies and Key Behaviors
Reflects level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal attributes displayed employee in carrying out Part 1—these are referred to as core competencies.
