Professional Development Planning Training Available

We are now offering workshops to create your professional development plan. As a part of the N2025 Strategic Plan, the sixth aim is "Prioritize participation and professional development for all Nebraska students, staff, and faculty." A part of the strategy is to ensure a means for all faculty, graduate and professional students, post-doctoral fellows, and staff to co-create an individualized professional development roadmap. It is expected that a documented individualized professional development plan is established for all faculty, post-doctoral fellows, graduate and professional students, and staff.

A Professional Development Plan (PDP) is a valuable document that establishes both your career development goals and a strategy for meeting them. In this hands-on session, you will learn the three steps to creating an individualized professional development plan. You will have time to use worksheets in the session to start the process of documenting a plan. By the end of the session, you have started creating a useful roadmap for your growth and success.

Enroll online through the Nebraska Bridge App.
